The Letter - Part Two
If you didn't see my previous rant about this incident, here it is.
I am SO furious right now! I just received another letter from the evil service technicians that fixed our A/C unit almost two years ago. Each paragraph of the new letter dealt one insult after another. By the time I finished reading it I was enraged, but felt completely helpless with no reasonable action I could take against the culprits.
The president of this particular company (he's the one that responded to me) obviously has no concept of customer service at all. He took no responsibility for his company and instead blamed everything on our home warranty provider. He also stated we still owe him for the bill in question and if we didn't make payment he would send us to a collections agency and give us a nice mark on our credit report.
If a company's motto is "Customer Service is our Life" and the first couple of paragraphs in a response to a complaint calls you a liar no less than three times, you realize they don't even come close to understanding or embracing that motto.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have a voodoo doll to make.
